Registering Printer with Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY

Follow the steps below to annals the printer with Catechism PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY.

Important

1. Check that printer is turned on.

2. Start application.

   • License screen appears upon initial startup.

3. If following screen appears, tap Yes, and then follow on-screen instructions to connect printer to network.

   One time the network connection is consummate, skip alee to Footstep 12.

   If the following screen does not announced, proceed to the next step.

   

4. Tap (Register Printer) at upper left of screen.

   

   Printer detection starts.

   Notation

   • Detection may have fourth dimension.
   • If the printer is not detected fifty-fifty though its network connection is already complete, cheque that the printer is connected to the same wireless router as your smartphone.

5. Tap printer proper name that appears.

   

   If your printer does non appear, skip ahead to Step vii.

6. Check if your printer appears at the top of the screen.

12. Check if your printer appears at the peak of the screen.

    If your printer proper noun is displayed, perform the setup again from Step 5; if non, perform from Step vii.

    

    Notation

    • The following screen appears only when registering a printer.

      

    • In Auto Connection (recommended), setup is performed by letting an application automatically decide which connexion method is preferred in your smartphone environs: Connect via wireless router or Direct Connectedness. For restrictions on Direct Connection, see "Restrictions."

Printing Using Application

1. Start application.

2. Tap Select Images.

   Note

   • Select Images appears only when registering a printer. If Select Images does non appear, tap Photo Print.

3. Select image you want to print, then tap Next.

4. Specify printer to utilize, newspaper size, and other settings.

5. Tap Print.

   Press starts with the specified settings.
